To this pasta made from durum wheat semolina we added about 30% of legumes (red lentils). The lentils seem to be the oldest cultivated legume, whose origins date back to 7000 BC. These ancient cultures already knew that the secret of legumes was their variety and remarkable nutritional properties. Pasta with lentils is source of fibre and protein and suitable for a balanced diet.
