Delicious ways to enjoy unagi
Simply serve on top of a bowl of hot steamed rice to create the classic unadon dish. Optionally sprinkle Japanese sansho pepper on top. As an alternative dish, cut some cooked eel and cucumber into 1cm width strips and place on sushi rice and nori seaweed. Roll to make unakyu maki.

Boil - From Frozen. Place the frozen eel packet into boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove from packaging and serve.; Boil - From Ambient. Place the frozen eel packet into boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove from packaging and serve.; Microwave - From Frozen. (800W):
Pierce film and place the pack of frozen eel on a microwavable plate. Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Remove the frozen eel from the packet and wrap it in foil. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180C. Remove the foil and serve.
