xSuperdrug Adjustable Cohesive Bandage will support injuries to muscles, tendons and ligaments.
Feature
Specially coated bandage allows the bandage to stick to itself and not skin or hair. No need for pins or tapes.
Warnings
Contains latex, do not use if you have a known allergy to latex. Do not over tighten, as this can restrict circulation. Do not place directly onto damaged skin. Do not use after the expiry date. If the condition does not improve, seek medical advice.

Uses
Wrap bandage carefully over the injury with 1.5 turns. Continue by overlapping previous layer by one half the width of the bandage. Apply bandage at half of full stretch. Press the end of the bandage with the palm of the hand to ensure cohesion.
