Mature vines grown on gravelly loam soils are hand-picked, the grapes berry sorted and fermented on skins with three weeks post-ferment maceration followed by 18 months maturation in new and used French oak barriques. Layered earth and cassis, silky texture, sweet dark fruits. Cellar 10-15 years.

Grapes for this wine are sourced from the northern end of Margaret River, around Wilyabrup area, planted mainly on gritty sandy loam.

Vinification Details
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are sorted upon arrival at the winery so only the best grapes are fermented. The wine is aged for 12 months in a mix of new and used French barriques.
