These unique wines, aged in small oak barrels and bottled without filtration, belong to a new selection of rare and exceptional cuvées produced in limited quantities from the Languedoc region in the South of France.

The “Révélation” series reveals the special soil and micro-climate from a region that has remained largely undiscovered outside France.

Blending together knowledge of traditional techniques with a background in New World wines, Catherine and Laurent Delaunay follow a 150-year family tradition of creating and discovering special wines which express the most unique qualities of the region.

This beautiful wooden crate with fastening straps showcases these fantastic wines and makes a fabulous gift for a wine lover.

Tasting notes:

Chardonnay - very fruity with aromas of fresh bananas, pear and woody hints. Fine and delicate with a full fresh palate.

Pinot Noir - aromas of red and black berries mixed with floral notes and delicate vanilla hints. The palate is complex, rich and long.

Cabernet-Merlot - very intense aromas of dark chocolate, cherries and blackcurrants. A rich rounded wine with mature tannins.

Syrah-Viognier - aromas of cherries and violets. The palate is round with notes of chocolate. A long finish with hints of liquorice.
