Place it in the microwave. Reheat for the indicated amount of time. Microwave power level: 750W - For 1 steam bag > 5 min - For 2 steam bags > 7 min. 900W - For 1 steam bag 4 min For 2 steam bags 6 min 30. Steamer: Open the steam bag and empty the mix into a steamer, placed over simmering water. Cook for 6 min. COLD PREPARATION Microwave oven then fridge: Affter cooking the bag in the microwave as instructed for hot preparation, place its contents in the fridge on a suitable dish, without any packaging, for 20 minutes.
