Preparation and Usage
DEFROSTING
Microwave (defrost setting - 150 W): Place it in a suitable dish and defrost for the indicated amount of time, stirring halfway through. For 225 g: 9 min - For 450 g: 15 min. Leave to rest for 15 min before consuming.
Fridge: Leave to defrost 6 h in a single layer in a suitable dish.
