250g butternut squash, peeled and cut 1cm cubes
Small bunch of coriander
Korma Spiced Daal Meal for 2:
1 Boil the lentils and butternut squash on a high heat in 750ml of water for 15 mins or until they start to soften.
2 Stir through the paste and simmer on a medium heat for 5 mins, stirring occasionally.
3 Chop and stir through the coriander. Serve and garnish with the crispy onions.
Try...This kit also tastes great with cauliflower, aubergine or even chicken (shhhh ....).
On the side...We recommend serving with Patak's Plain Naan
