Cooking guidelines
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry. Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.
Pan Fry:
10-12 mins
Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 10-12 mins, turning occasionally.
