How to use
Step 1: Apply the Liquid Liner along the lash line, starting from the middle of the lash line to the outer corner. Then finish the line by working from the inner corner of the eye to the middle.
Step 2: Add depth and definition with mascara.
Step 3: Use a brow pencil to create groomed brows that really frame your eyes.
