Cooking guidelines

Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked. According to the cooking instructions.

Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 45-50 mins

Needs cooking.

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray with raised edges and cover with foil. Place in the centre of the oven. After 20 mins, remove foil and return to the oven for a further 25-30 mins.

Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Do not reheat.
