Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a high heat and season product. Fry for 1 min each side, reduce heat to low, fry 8 mins and turn occasionally until cooked. Rest for 5 mins before serving. Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
