Preheat grill to medium heat. Wrap ends of the skewers in foil to prevent charring.
Place skewers on a wire rack over a grill pan. Turn halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 min.
BBQ

conditions. Wrap tin foil over skewer ends. Place on a lightly oiled preheated high heat gas barbecue. Turn frequently. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
