Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7
Medium 20 mins per 500g
Well done 25 mins per 500g

Preheat oven and remove all packaging. Season and oil the lamb then place baking tray on middle shelf I of oven. Remove from oven and rest for 10 mins.
Carve meat into thin slices and pour over any cooking juices to serve.
