NEEDS COOKING. Remove all packaging.
FRY 8 mins
Heat 1 tsp (5ml) of oil in frying pan over medium heat. Cook for 8 mins. Turn frequently throughout cooking.
After cooking leave to stand for 1 min.
GRILL 12 mins
Preheat grill to medium. Place on the middle shelf of the grill for the required time, turning halfway through cooking.
Do not reheat.
