This boneless, British pork leg has been outdoor bred for freshness and traditionally dry-cured and matured for 10 days for succulence. Garnished with a bay leaf for extra flavour. 30-34 slices per pack.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs cooking
Remove gammon from the fridge 30 mins before cooking.
Remove all packaging. Discard bay leaf as this will have imparted its flavour in the pack. Preheat oven. Cover a baking tray with foil, place the gammon on the baking tray and cover loosely with foil. Place the baking tray in the middle of the preheated oven. Cook for 1 hr 40 mins.
Electric 180C, Fan 160C, Gas 4, 2 Hours 10 Mins
Remove from the oven. Carefully remove the foil and strings and return to the oven for a further 30 mins.
Check that the product is thoroughly cooked. The product is best carved after resting for 15 mins. Do not reheat.

For Use By, see top of pack. Keep refrigerated 0C to +5C. Suitable for freezing. This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing should not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in refrigerator) use within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
