History: This wine comes from the region known as “The gateway to the Mediterranean” which, as the name suggests, is the area at the southern end of the Rhône Valley
Regional information: The vineyard is planted on chalky-clay slopes at an altitude of 150 to 400 meters.
Vinification: 30% hand harvest 70 % machine harvest at full maturity (mid-september). Fermentation in temperature controlled tanks during 2-3 weeks. The grapes are harvested at their optimum of maturity to express the best fruit flavours of Grenache. The vineyard is managed in an environmentally respectful way.
