The winemaking proceeded with total destemming and crushing. Alcoholic fermentation for 12 days in stainless steel vats, followed by skin maceration for 15 days. Part of the malolactic fermentation was done in casks. It aged for 14 months in new and second year French oak barrels of 225 liters.
