In 2003 the craft butchery brand Kettyle Irish Foods was created, specialising in hand-selected cuts of dry-aged meat. The team of traditional butchers are experienced in crafting the highest quality of specified cuts of from dry-aged beef.
Kettyle Irish Foods continues to pioneer the art of dry-aging with the specially constructed salt-and-moss ageing caves.
