For best results always cook from frozen
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving. These instructions are guidelines only
Deep fry: From Frozen
Deep frying pan: Remove a portion from the bag and deep fry in hot oil (175°C) for 4-5 minutes or until well cooked. Caution: To avoid hot oil splashes when frying, always cover the pan or use a wire mesh screen
Oven cook: From Frozen
Preheated Oven: Remove a portion from the bag and place on a baking tray in the centre of the pre heated oven (220°C) for 12-16 minutes or until well cooked.
Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
