Holland & Barrett Evening Primrose Oil provides the fatty acids Linoleic Acid (LA) and Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA). These capsules help to support the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.

Take one quarter teaspoon per day, preferably with a meal. (Equivalent to two and a half 500mg capsules). Up to one half teaspoon may be taken if required. (Equivalent to five 500mg capsules). Do not exceed stated dose.
