For Classic Beef Tacos (Serves 4)
Just add:
- 1 tbs oil
- 450g lean beef mince
- 125ml water
- 1 tsp tomato pure
As easy as...
Heat oil and fry the beef until browned, drain any excess liquid.
Sprinkle over the seasoning, then add water and the tomato pure, cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve in warm tortillas with shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream and lime.
Also great:
Rubbed onto steak or chicken brushed with a little oil before grilling. Slice, then serve in warm tortillas with assorted toppings.
