Directions
Add 1 level scoop of powder (16.5g) to 350ml of water, 30 minutes before intense exercise. Store and transport in original closed packaging in a dry and dark place at ambient temperature (between 15°C to 25°C), out of reach of young children. Don't exceed the recommended daily dose of two servings (2 x 16.5g). Store in a cool dry place.
