Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.

Add your pasta. No need to pull the parcels apart, they will separate during cooking.

Boil gently for 1 minute (2 minutes if frozen) then drain carefully.

Serve in warmed bowls with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, butter or your favourite sauce. Don't forget to add some shavings of Parmigiano.
