Ingredients:
50ml Dead Man's Fingers Pineapple Rum,
200ml Lemonade,
Lime Juice.
Method: Pour rum into a tall glass and fill with cubed ice. Stir, top with lemonade and squeeze in the juice of two limes. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Dead Man's Fingers Pineapple Daiquiri
Ingredients:
50ml Dead Man's Fingers Pineapple Rum,
25ml Lime Juice,
15ml Sugar Syrup.
Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with cubed ice. Shake well then strain into chilled martini or coupe glass.
Dead Man's Fingers Pina Colada
Ingredients:
25ml Dead Man's Fingers Pineapple Rum,
25ml Dead Man's Fingers Coconut Rum,
50ml Pineapple Juice,
25ml Coconut Cream,
10ml Lime Juice.
Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with cubed Ice. Shake well then strain into a chilled tumbler over ice or serve neat in a wine glass.
