Preparation and Usage

Remove plastic wrap. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes on 155C/135C (fan) or gas mark 2. Alternatively place on a microwavable plate and microwave for 45 seconds on the highest setting (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Instructions are a guideline only as appliances may vary.
