How to use:
- Use Moisture Surge™ Intense 72H Hydrator morning and night on clean skin
- Use All About Eyes™ twice a day, morning and night. With ring finger, apply sparingly to entire eye area using a gentle patting motion
- Apply High Impact™ Mascara starting at lash roots, wiggling brush up to lash tips. Repeat to build
- For lower lashes, hold wand vertically
- Avoid pumping the brush in the container—this adds air that can dry out mascara
