Our tea is plucked from the top of the plant, using its newest leaves - known as 'two leaves and a bud'. After drying they are left as intact as possible and gently rolled instead of chopped. The result is a smoother, sweeter cup of tea than from broken, chopped up leaves from the bottom of the plant.

Our bright, woody Ceylon tea is infused with natural bergamot oil - no artificial flavours or granules in sight - and then blended with orange peel, for a drink that's pleasantly light and citrusy. Delicious with a dash of milk, without milk, or with a slice of lemon.
