Product Information
To make this lighter wine we harvested specially selected blocks of fruit early, when full flavour ripeness at lower sugar levels were reached. The fruit was gently bag pressed and the clear juice fermented cool with aromatic yeast strains in stainless steel tanks. This retained maximum varietal aroma. The wine was blended and filtered to be released soon after vintage with distinctive regional and varietal characters at peak. Won Double Gold at the San Francisco International Wine Competition 2020 & Won Double Gold at the New York International Wine Competition 2020.
