Regional Information
Bardolino is an area of low slopes along the shores of Lake Garda, with an excellent ventilation during the day and night Calcareous soils of glacial origin with the presence.

Vinification Details
The grapes undergo destemming and soft crushing before being placed in the press, where they macerate briefly on the skins to extract scents and aromas. The free-run juice is then moved to stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at 14 C. The wine is subsequently stored in steel tanks at cool temperatures until bottling.
