Open outer bag an remove 1 treated charcoal bag. Re-seal outer bag by rolling down packaging and sealing with sticky tape or clip. Lay te treated charcoal bag in the centre of your bbq and light each corner of the bag. It is very important you wait for the flames to die down before cooking - approximately 20minutes. Spread the charcoal across your bbq.
