Cook up some red onion and sliced peppers, then add white beans, shredded cooked chicken and sweetcorn. Pop on a potato with a spoonful of guacamole - great for big and little kids!
Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. All appliances vary a bit, so the cooking instructions below are just guidelines. Make sure the potatoes are piping hot all the way through before serving.; Microwave - From Frozen. Pop the potatoes on a microwaveable plate and cook from frozen. When the time's up, leave them to stand for a minute before tucking in.
One potato: 800w: 3.5 mins, 900w: 3 mins
Two potatoes: 800w: 5 mins, 900w: 4.5 mins
Four potatoes: 800w: 8.5 mins, 900w: 8 mins
Six potatoes: 800w: 12 mins, 900w: 11.5 mins; Oven cook - From Frozen. Remove all packaging and cook from frozen on a baking tray in the middle of your oven at 220C/425F/gas mark 7, for 35 mins.
