How to use
Shake well before use. Take 30ml dose each morning using measuring cup provided and rinse after each use. Consume on an empty stomach and allow 30 minutes before drinking hot drinks or eating.
Bottle contains 15 servings.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 30 days.
